Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product from us, please contact us on 01202 814488 or sales@kwbtools.co.uk within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product.

If the item has been correctly supplied and it is as described, return costs shall be paid by the buyer. We suggest you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return to us or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

If the item is faulty or not as described we will (according to the size, weight, value and location of the item or items concerned) either arrange collection of the item, e-mail the buyer a carriage or postage label, or reimburse reasonable postage costs as mutually agreed between the seller and the buyer by e-mail before the item is returned.

Returned items must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product and in the same condition as sold. If packaging has been lost or damaged we may reduce the amount of any refund to cover the cost of re-packaging. If an item claimed to be faulty or wrongly described is found not to be so, we reserve the right to reclaim the return postage or carriage costs from the buyer.

Refunds will be made by the same means as the original payment within 3 business days of the transaction being cancelled or the item being returned.
